Configuring iPhone/iPad for Exchange 2013

Previous accounts

If you have configured your device with your email address before, you must first remove that account from the device.

If you have not previously configured your device for your email and are setting it up for the first time, please skip to the section below titled "Setting up a new account"

Unlock your device, then tap "Settings"

From the Settings menu, tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Select the account to remove

Tap the account you are going to remove.

Delete the account

Tap "Delete Account" in red text at the bottom

Tap "Delete from my iPhone" to confirm clearing the account from your device.

Unlock your device, then tap "Settings"

From the Settings menu, tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"

Select Add Account

Tap "Exchange" as your account type.

Enter your email address and password, and then tap Next. Note: Description is just a label or identifier for your preference should you have multiple mail accounts configured for your device.

Domain: exg7.exghost.local

Server: us.exg7.exghost.com

Enter server information. Once the server information has been added, tap Next.

Please wait select the services you wish to Sync with Exchange by sliding them to green and tap "Save"
