Select "Add" to create a new Outlook profile.

Name your profile, example: "Work Email and select "OK"

Populate the information with your new account for Hosted Exchange 2010, then click next.

Allow the wizard to search for your server settings, be advised that this can take a few minutes.

You may see the prompt displayed above, check "Don't ask me about this website again" and then click "Allow". If you did not see this prompt, you may have already allowed this connection to the server previously.

Verify that the server settings have been verified with the green check marks, then select "Finish"

To make sure outlook opens your new profile by default when opened, change your profile in the dropdown menu to your newly created profile, then select "Apply" and "Ok"

You have now successfully configured and created a new profile using AutoDiscover on Exchange 2010 with Outlook.
