Login to the Customer Portal as an admin.

Exchange 2010

  1. Click on the Exchange 2010 tab at the top.
  2. Click on Settings from the sub-menu.
  3. Click on Routing from the menu on the left.
  4. Click the check box to enable Split Domain Routing
  5. Enter your email server address, port and number of users being routed.

Click Save when finished.

Test your settings
  1. Enter From address.
  2. Enter Recipient address on your server.
  3. Click Test

If the message was relayed successfully you will see Success.
